Job summary

ASM Research seeks a Change Management Engineer to design, implement, and govern ITIL-aligned change management processes for mission-critical federal IT environments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years in ITIL-based IT service management with focus on change management.
• Experience with ITIL change management including assessing, approving, implementing, and reviewing changes.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ITIL-based change management workflows from intake to post-implementation review.
• Evaluate change requests for risk, priority, regulatory impact, and conflicts with planned activities.
• Chair or support change advisory board meetings and track actions for complex changes.
• Use ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools to log, track, and report changes with audit trails.
