Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Change Manager to lead IT change coordination across the enterprise. You will ensure requests are complete, assessed for risk, properly approved, scheduled, implemented, and reviewed with minimal operational impact.

The role requires collaboration with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Applications, Network, and Security teams to maintain accurate ITSM records and drive continuous process improvement. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• ITIL/ITSM knowledge required.
• Experience with ServiceNow Change Management is essential.
• Ability to coordinate CAB meetings and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong skills in risk assessment, impact analysis, and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Standard, Normal, and Emergency Changes within the IT environment.
• Review Change Requests for completeness, risk, impact, and rollback plans.
• Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and obtain approvals.
• Ensure changes are scheduled to minimize business disruption and conflicts.
• Monitor implementation and adherence to approved plans; track changes and drive improvements.
• Perform PIRs for failed or high-risk changes and report KPI trends.
