Job summary

Concept Solutions is seeking an IT Change Management Specialist to support the FAA I&O program in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves ensuring IT Change and Configuration Management integrity through ITIL-aligned processes and accurate configuration records.

You will work with technical and program teams to document, review, and manage changes, and to implement process improvements across enterprise IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or Information Technology Management, plus 2+ years IT change/config/service management experience.
• Education substitution allows 6 years of relevant experience with HS diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of ITIL-based IT Change and Configuration Management principles and practices.
• Experience developing, documenting, and maintaining IT processes and procedures.
• Hands-on experience using ServiceNow for IT service management activities.
• Experience monitoring, tracking, and resolving incidents through ticketing queues.
• Experience integrating Change Control with Configuration Management.
• Experience managing, maintaining, and validating data for accuracy and completeness.
• Strong written communication skills for process documentation and operational records.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support daily IT Change Management activities using ServiceNow and SharePoint forms.
• Develop, document, and maintain ITIL-aligned Configuration Management processes.
• Support integration of Change Control and Configuration Management processes.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of Change Requests for accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Maintain and manage configuration records and related data.
• Document meeting minutes and update official agendas and records.
• Collaborate with teams to drive process improvements.
