Job summary

RESPEC in Albuquerque, NM, seeks an experienced Change Control & Configuration Manager – Intermediate to lead CCM, configuration control, and release activities across federal programs. You will coordinate government, business, technical, security, vendor, and contractor teams to deliver compliant solutions.

The role requires strong CMDB, PM, and delivery integration expertise, with PMI/PMBOK, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and hands-on experience with at least one complementary IT

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience.
• Current PMP certification.
• Experience with Change Control, Configuration Management, and/or Release Management in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience with CMDBs, configuration repositories, or comparable systems.
• Hands-on experience with PMI/PMBOK, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience leading Program Increment (PI) Planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve CCM processes, documents, and artifacts.
• Coordinate change-control and release activities end-to-end.
• Facilitate Configuration Control Board meetings and track actions.
• Collaborate with government, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure compliant delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and governance artifacts.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and performance requirements.
