Tampa Electric Company in Florida is seeking an ITIL Process Consultant focused on Change, Configuration, and Technology Asset Management to drive IT service transitions and operations. You will design, implement, and govern processes across corporate and regulated assets, ensuring audit readiness.

Leading large projects, mentoring analysts, and guiding partners toward compliant, efficient ITSM solutions are core expectations in this role with strong emphasis on ITIL governance and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; in lieu of degree, 4 years of related experience may be considered.
• ITILv3 or ITILv4 Release and Control Practitioner within 6 months of hire; IT-related certifications (CCNA, MSCE, Network+) desirable.
• 8 years of related experience performing ITIL process duties; experience across Change, Configuration, and Technology Asset Management lifecycle.
• Preferred: knowledge of NERC CIP, NIST, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Change, Configuration, and Technology Asset Management processes.
• Lead projects and mentor peers; ensure compliance and robust processes.
• Collaborate with partners and compliance teams to improve efficiency and audit readiness.
• Provide guidance on process implementation and act as SME for ITIL governance.
