Job summary

Rently is seeking a hands-on IT and Business Systems Manager to lead day-to-day technology for our team in the United States, overseeing core platforms like Salesforce and NetSuite.

You will manage IT operations for U.S. employees, work with global IT teams, and drive automation via AI-enabled support. The role reports to the Senior Director of Operations and requires strong business judgment and technical instincts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing IT or end-user support.
• Strong technical skills with deskside support and endpoint issues.
• Experience owning SaaS stack at a cloud-first company.
• Proven experience administering Google Workspace and identity/SSO.
• Ability to analyze ROI and defend trade-offs with data.
• Clear written and verbal communication bridging tech and business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on deskside support and manage onboarding, offboarding, access, and licensing for US employees.
• Own the Halo ITSM ticket queue and drive issues to resolution.
• Escalate beyond AI-assisted first-tier support and improve runbooks and automation.
• Administer core stack including Google Workspace, JumpCloud SSO, SentinelOne, and endpoints.
• Manage office and conference-room technology.
• Oversee Salesforce and NetSuite environments through SMEs.
• Determine tool for each need and present clear recommendations.
• Help prioritize queues and keep data flowing between CRM and ERP.
• Own vendor relationships, contract reviews, renewals; audit licenses.
