Job summary

Inspiren seeks a Senior Business Systems Engineer, AI & Automation, to own Salesforce and NetSuite and the automation layered on top. You will ensure data integrity, govern PHI, and build scalable agent workflows that reduce headcount and improve efficiency.

You will lead design, governance, release management, and integration efforts across CRM/ERP stacks while coaching teams to solve automation challenges and adopt best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business systems, technical operations, revenue operations, workflow automation, or a comparable systems role at a tech company.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration depth with production orgs, including Flow Builder, validation rules, reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own production-grade automation and agent workflows using Salesforce Flow, NetSuite workflows, Claude, Slack, Linear, and Notion.
• Own data quality in both systems of record, enforce data governance and PHI boundary standards, and ensure HIPAA compliance by design.
• Run disciplined change management for both platforms with sandbox-first development, documented change requests, tested releases, and version control.
• Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce and NetSuite — users, licenses, profiles, and permissions, objects and fields, reports and dashboards.
