Qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, or BizTech leadership roles within B2B SaaS.
• Strong experience with iPaaS platforms and modern BI tooling.
• Demonstrated ability to design and operate a closed-loop architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end systems and data architecture connecting Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and the BI layer.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of systems and operations specialists.
• Define and report on system health, data quality, and operational efficiency KPIs.
