The role also involves refurbishing laptops, coordinating warranty repairs with Dell, and performing regular video conference room checks on-site.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and eager to learn, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow established processes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technical or IT support experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system preferred.
• Basic Excel skills nice to have; willingness to learn is required.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT inventory, tracking, organizing, and stocking technical products.
• Handle shipping and receiving of IT equipment and packages.
• Create, update, and resolve tickets in ServiceNow related to inventory, asset requests, and tasks.
• Refurbish and reimage laptops for redeployment to new users.
• Recover laptops and equipment from departing employees for redeployment or storage.
• Coordinate warranty repairs and replacements with Dell, including shipping and receiving warranty units.
• Conduct weekly checks of video conference rooms to ensure equipment functions properly.
• Process e-waste per company policy with vendors.
• Maintain records of asset lifecycle from deployment through refurbishment and disposal.
