Job summary

RE/SPEC Inc. in Reston, VA seeks an experienced IT Asset Project Manager – Intermediate to support Indian Affairs (IA) and Office of Information Technology (OIT) programs. You’ll provide IT Asset Management (ITAM) expertise while guiding projects through scope, schedule, cost, and risk.

You will coordinate government, business, technical, security, vendor, and contractor stakeholders to ensure successful delivery in line with DOI/IA policies and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• PMI/PMBOK and agile/waterfall experience.
• Hands-on IT asset management across hardware, software, licensing.
• Experience with federal IT projects and DOI/IA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposition.
• Maintain asset traceability, inventory, and licensing records.
• Coordinate with government, business, technical, and vendor stakeholders.
• Lead PI Planning, planning artifacts, and project governance.
• Ensure compliance with federal standards and contractual requirements.
