Job summary

REI in Sumner, WA is seeking an IT Asset Management professional to maintain asset data and support lifecycle governance across hardware and software assets.

You will work with Technology, Procurement, Finance, Security, Engineering, and Support to improve data quality, support license and audit readiness, strengthen ITAM processes, and turn asset data into insights guiding cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT Asset Management or related field.
• Knowledge of hardware and software asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with ITAM tools and CMDB platforms.
• Experience with software license tracking, usage analysis, and audit support.
• Experience using Excel and reporting tools to analyze data and identify data-quality issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate hardware and software asset records across ITAM systems and CMDBs.
• Coordinate asset lifecycle activities from intake to disposal and ensure processes are followed.
• Manage software licenses, entitlement records, utilization analysis, and audit readiness.
• Create reports and dashboards on asset health, compliance, lifecycle status, and cost opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve operational issues and support reuse, renewal, and financial planning.
• Monitor ITAM performance and drive workflow improvements and data quality enhancements.
