Amwins is seeking an Asset Management Manager to lead the Asset Management team and oversee the full lifecycle of IT hardware across the organization. This role includes procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposition of laptops, printers, and peripherals.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT asset management within large, multi-location organizations, strong vendor management skills, and proven team leadership. This is a senior, on-site role in Charlotte, NC with comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 10+ years in end-user services, IT asset management, or related IT operations in a large multi-location organization.
• Experience with ITSM and ITAM systems.
• Experience with IT asset procurement and contract negotiations.
• Demonstrated experience executing IT asset management processes and lifecycle strategies.
• Strong vendor management and leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage internal customer and stakeholder expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Asset Management team with day-to-day direction, coaching, and support.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, inventory, deployment, maintenance, replacement, and disposal.
• Ensure accurate asset tracking, reporting, and compliance with company policies and standards.
• Develop and improve asset management processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Partner with procurement and vendors to ensure timely delivery and replenishment of IT equipment.
• Manage vendor relationships and participate in contract negotiations.
• Optimize asset utilization and identify opportunities to reduce costs and maximize technology investments.
• Develop proactive asset maintenance and replacement strategies to minimize business disruption.
• Manage the team's budget and monitor spending.
• Track team performance and operational metrics to ensure service levels and business needs are met.
• Support hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management for team members.
