Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a skilled IT Asset Manager to own the complete lifecycle of enterprise IT assets—from procurement through deployment and maintenance—ensuring accountability and optimal technology delivery across the organization.

You will manage hardware and software lifecycles, implement DCIM solutions, and coordinate with IT Systems Engineers and business teams to enable smooth deployments at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of computer components and IT hardware.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Experience creating technical documentation.
• Experience with asset and inventory tracking systems or tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Research, select, order, and manage lifecycle of IT hardware and software across the enterprise.
• Manage endpoint specifications and selection across Anduril teams.
• Implement asset tracking systems and DCIM tools.
• Assist with imaging and configuration of systems for deployment to multiple sites.
• Serve as procurement liaison for Corporate Technology teams.
• Track and ship hardware to remote sites and coordinate build-outs with Facilities, Security, and Cybersecurity.
