Job summary

R3-LL in Ballenger Creek, MD, seeks an IT Asset Management (ITAM) Manager to own the full lifecycle of IT assets—from procurement to disposal—and to drive continuous process improvements for efficiency and service quality.

The role leads a high-performing team, ensures asset accuracy and compliance, and partners with internal teams and vendors to optimize ITAM operations and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT Asset Management with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong IT asset lifecycle knowledge: procurement, deployment, maintenance, disposal.
• Hands-on PC Depot operations: imaging, provisioning, inventory management.
• Experience with asset management tools and Intune/Autopilot.
• Budget forecasting and departmental cost monitoring.
• ITAM standards and compliance knowledge; CITAM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead program and department management of ITAM and PC Depot.
• Develop and enforce asset lifecycle policies aligned with ITIL and compliance.
• Monitor program performance and report key metrics.
• Manage ITAM department budget and forecasting.
• Lead PC Depot team and cross-team collaboration.
• Oversee asset provisioning, deployment, imaging, shipping, inventory.
