Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and asset management for OTDI and OTDI managed IT support customers.
• Enter workstation requests and manage inventory and deployments.
• Track stockroom inventory and audits; manage budget use for desktop support assets.
• Provide on-site and remote computer support to users.
