Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with asset management software or ITSM/ITAM platforms.
• Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle management and software licensing models.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of hardware and software assets.
• Produce reports on asset utilization, depreciation, and lifecycle status.
• Support internal and external audits related to IT assets.
• Ensure FERPA, security policies, and institutional governance compliance.
• Collaborate with endpoint management, infrastructure, procurement, and finance teams.
• Provide training and documentation for staff on asset management processes.
