Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain Asset & CMDB Data Accuracy and validate records.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation and physical audits.
• Perform data quality cleanup in HAM.
• Assist with development of IT hardware standards and procurement.
• Process hardware asset lifecycle transactions in ServiceNow HAM.
• Generate standard reports and dashboards for asset visibility.
