Job summary

Quivera Enterprises LLC is seeking an experienced IT Asset Project Manager – Intermediate to support IT Asset Management programs for IA and OIT initiatives. The role coordinates government, business, technical, security, vendor, and contractor stakeholders to manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, assets, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience with IT Asset Management involving hardware, software, licensing, inventory, asset records, product catalogs, or related enterprise IT asset processes.
• Experience maintaining asset traceability, inventory information, asset assignments, locations, status, product information, and related records.
• Experience supporting IT service-request fulfillment, hardware and software requests, product reviews, and product-authorization processes.
• Knowledge of federal IT investment laws, regulations, and processes, including IT security management and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of IT assets from acquisition to disposition.
• Maintain auditable IT asset records and traceability across systems.
• Coordinate with CORs, Federal Task Leads, vendors, and Government stakeholders.
• Lead project plans, schedules, and governance artifacts; monitor budgets and risks.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain backlogs aligned with priorities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation for asset management.
