Job summary

Wichita Tribal Enterprises (WTE), a Quivera Enterprises subsidiary, seeks an IT Asset Project Manager – Intermediate to support IA and OIT programs. You will oversee hardware, software, licenses, and related assets throughout the lifecycle and coordinate government, vendors, and technical teams.

The role requires strong ITAM expertise plus experience in Change & Configuration Management, Business Analysis, or Quality Management, plus PMI/PMBOK-aligned project management.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT asset management, hardware/software lifecycle, licensing, inventories, and CMDB alignment.
• Ability to coordinate across Government, vendors, and technical teams to meet project objectives.
• Familiarity with PMI/PMBOK, Agile/Waterfall, and PI Planning practices.
• Experience eliciting and documenting business requirements and developing testable acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of IT assets, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, retirement, and disposition.
• Maintain traceability of assets, inventory status, ownership, location, and data quality.
• Coordinate service-request fulfillment and software/hardware provisioning with IA Service Center and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts, dashboards, and status reports across IT projects.
