Job summary

Quivera Enterprises LLC is seeking a Business Analyst – IT Asset Management, Intermediate to support Indian Affairs (IA) and Office of Information Technology (OIT) programs in Reston, VA. The role provides specialized BA support for ITAM including hardware, software, licensing, and property management.

You will work with government stakeholders, manage requirements, test activities, and support modernization efforts across asset data and service delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing business analysis services to management and technical personnel supporting federal IT investments.
• Experience translating business and system requirements into clear, measurable, and testable acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of PMO operations, capital planning, strategic planning, and IT investment management.
• Experience with ITIL practices, change management, IT Asset Management, and IT service-request fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, document, and manage business, functional, technical, and system requirements.
• Map current-state, future-state, and interim business processes and recommend improvements and modernization.
• Develop user stories, use cases, stories maps, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
• Prepare requirements and documentation for NIST SP 800-53 control assessments.
• Develop and maintain models, diagrams, and dashboards using Visio or DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders, project managers, technical teams, security personnel, vendors, and contractors to translate needs into actionable deliverables.
