Job summary

AWS is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to help customers accelerate value creation through business transformation and rapid migrations to the AWS cloud.

You will own end-to-end customer cloud journeys, design strategic roadmaps, engage with IT and business leaders, and lead initiatives across AWS and partner teams to deliver measurable outcomes. This role requires strong leadership and a passion for cloud adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with a proven record of delivering benefits and program completion.
• 3+ years of work in enterprise IT, vendor, or consulting roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute a near-, mid-, and long-term cloud transformation vision with the customer and AWS team.
• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement and develop long-term relationships.
• Maintain broad knowledge of existing and emerging technologies to unlock opportunities.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AWS use cases with customers and best-practice implementations.
• Coordinate with customer, AWS, and partner teams to accelerate the cloud journey.
• Be a thought leader across Amazon to share knowledge and mentor junior CSMs.
