Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking an on-site iSOC Coordinator to remotely monitor customer locations, conduct virtual tours, and escort customers during openings and closings. You will handle inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors, while maintaining accurate records and progressing through the three-tier responsibility model.

The role begins with security training, offers branch-specific pay differentials, and includes performance bonuses and a new-hire bonus for St. Louis hires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations, monitoring for vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during openings/closings or upon request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action as directed, including contacting customers or dispatching emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve, escalate, or support security and system inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record.
