Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, communications with monitored sites, and incident responses from our St. Louis office.

The role emphasizes polite, authoritative interactions and rapid decision-making in a fast-paced tech-enabled environment. Responsibilities include alarm verification, video monitoring, and direct live interaction with customers and emergency services.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or security roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers during business hours.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video systems.
• Take action based on severity and instructions, including contacting authorities when needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or support security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record and document interactions.
• Monitor and respond to alarm signals and verify their validity.
• Perform video verification of alarms and notify relevant personnel.
• Provide critical life safety support with timely dispatch to emergency services.
• Arming/disarming alarms and assisting in resetting signals as needed.
• Manage live audio interactions during incidents with clear communication.
• Use two-way audio to intervene during real-time incidents and de-escalate when possible.
• Handle situations like loitering or trespassing with rapid decision-making.
• Generate and follow up on detailed incident reports.
