Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, perform alarm verification, and handle live two-way audio interactions with monitored sites in a fast-paced SOC environment.

The role offers shift differential, on-site work in St. Louis, MO, with comprehensive benefits and bonus opportunities. Training is provided, and the start date is forthcoming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high pressure situations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video systems.
• Respond to alarms and dispatch emergency services as needed.
• Answer inbound calls and assist with security inquiries.
• Document interactions and generate reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events and incident responses.
