Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to oversee advanced security monitoring and live incident response from our St. Louis area office. You will manage real-time communications with monitored sites, verify alarms, and coordinate with customers and emergency services as needed.

The role includes shift differential awareness, comprehensive training, and full benefits from Day 1. Prior security or call-center experience is valued to handle high-pressure situations confidently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video systems.
• Answer inbound calls and assist with security inquiries.
• Monitor alarms, verify events, and notify emergency services when needed.
• Document all interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events and coordinate with sites.
• Assist in arming/disarming and basic alarm support.
• Ensure timely dispatch of emergency personnel when required.
