Interface Systems seeks a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator in Saint Louis to monitor security events with live two-way audio/video, verify alarms, and coordinate with emergency services. You will manage real-time incidents, de-escalate threats, and ensure clear communication with customers and personnel.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Verify alarms and coordinate with emergency services when needed.
• Answer inbound calls and resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Document interactions and generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
