Interface Systems is seeking an iSOC Coordinator Level 3 to manage real-time security events, verify alarms, and communicate with monitored sites via two-way audio/video. You will escalate when needed and document interactions while supporting life safety and customer service objectives.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays with a 12:00pm–8:30pm schedule, on-site in our St. Louis office, and benefits from day one. Training is provided to ensure readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong active listening skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Perform remote security checks / virtual tours of customer locations, observing for vulnerabilities.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio / video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting emergency services when needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve inquiries and provide support for security and system issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the automation system and generate detailed incident reports.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals and perform video verification of alarms.
