Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 1 iSOC Coordinator to monitor customer locations using state-of-the-art surveillance and two-way audio/video systems. You will handle virtual security checks, respond to inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors, and coordinate appropriate actions during security events.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with shift differentials. The role offers on-site work, a 24/7 monitoring environment, and opportunities for growth within the iSOC program through

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during openings, closings, or requests.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting customers or dispatching emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to assist with security and system inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record.
