Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/schematics desirable.
• Basic computer skills; ERP system experience a plus.
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers and a Fluke multimeter.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspection tasks on switches and part orders being shipped.
• Prepare reports for all findings and maintain production records.
• Train production personnel in effective inspection methods.
• Enter NCRs and support non-conformance resolution.
• Create/implement process controls with cross-functional teams.
• Inspect all work prior to passing to the next operation.
