Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a high-end restaurant, resort, or hospitality venue.
• Experience managing multi-outlet or high-volume environments.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., ServSafe/RBS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across restaurant, bars, and resort event spaces.
• Drive guest satisfaction through proactive service management and floor presence.
• Develop and implement service standards reflecting premium hospitality.
• Collaborate with culinary team to align menus with resort concepts.
