Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality's Tommy Bahama resort in Indio, California, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dining outlets, bars and resort event spaces with a focus on service excellence and seamless execution.

You will mentor the outlets team, coordinate with culinary and sales teams, and ensure profitability through thoughtful budgeting, staff development, and brand-aligned operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in hospitality or resort settings.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations across outlets and resort event spaces.
• Drive guest satisfaction through proactive service management and on‑floor leadership.
• Develop service standards reflecting the brand's premium hospitality experience.
• Collaborate with culinary team to align menus with seasonal concepts.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts.
• Monitor budgets, payroll, and inventory controls to ensure profitability.
