Job summary

Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort in Marathon, FL seeks a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead the resort's F&B operation, including Butterfly Café, TJ’s Tiki Bar, and banquet services. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure service excellence, and manage revenue, labor, and costs with hands-on leadership.

The role requires 4–5 years of progressive F&B leadership in upscale hospitality, strong financial acumen, and the ability to engage guests and coach teams toward elevated guest

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years in progressive Food & Beverage leadership.
• Experience leading multiple outlets (café, bar, banquets) preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
• College degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Must meet legal requirements for serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for F&B outlets and events.
• Maintain high service standards during peak periods.
• Coordinate with culinary leadership to align FOH and BOH.
• Monitor revenue, costs, and labor to achieve profitability.
• Coach and develop F&B team, recruit and train staff.
