Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels is seeking an experienced F&B supervisor to lead operations across food and beverage, amenities and room service. You will collaborate with the culinary team and hotel support staff to maximize service quality and financial performance, including catering, banquets and events.

The role requires 2-3 years of resort/hotel F&B supervisory experience; multi-unit F&B outlet experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years resort/hotel F&B supervisory experience.
• Multi-unit F&B outlet experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Micros to Silverware (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for successful operation of all F&B aspects including food, beverage, amenities and room service (to-go desk).
• Collaborate with Chef and kitchen team and hotel support staff to maximize F&B performance.
• Assist with catering, banquet and events when necessary.
