Ono Hawaiian BBQ in Culver City, CA is seeking motivated Kitchen Crew Members to keep the back of house running smoothly and to deliver high-quality plates. This hourly role pays $20.00 per hour and offers exposure to fast-paced kitchen operations.

You will follow health codes, assist with food prep, maintain cleanliness, and work with a team to serve customers promptly. Part-time or full-time opportunities with benefits and employee discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by health dept.
• Basic math skills required.
• Basic English written and verbal communication required.
• Excellent customer service skills requested.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control when cooking and serving food at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure the food is served accurately and timely to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Part-time or full-time.
