Job summary

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated Kitchen Crew Members to join our fast-casual team in California. This hourly position pays $20.00 per hour and involves back-of-house operations, food prep, and ensuring high-quality service for our customers.

You will work at the cookline, handle inventory, and help maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the shift. We offer benefits including insurance options, retirement contributions, paid sick time, and employee discounts to support your well-being

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by state or local health department.
• Basic math skills and clear English communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Prepare food, stock inventory, ensure quality and portion control at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple orders and serve accurately and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store with daily/weekly cleaning tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Part-time or full-time.
