Job summary

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated Kitchen Crew Members to support back-of-house operations and deliver high-quality food to customers. This is an hourly position paying $20.00 per hour.

The successful candidate will perform food preparation, inventory stocking, and maintain cleanliness at the cookline, while adhering to health codes and company guidelines. Part-time or full-time schedules may be available.

Qualifications

• Food handler card required by the health department.
• Basic math skills and basic English communication required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store with daily/weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
