Ono Hawaiian BBQ in California is hiring Kitchen Crew Members to support back-of-house operations and prepare high-quality food to order. This hourly position offers competitive compensation of $20.00 per hour and can be part-time or full-time.

You will follow health codes, assist in inventory, maintain cleanliness, and deliver timely meals to customers while upholding our service standards and Aloha spirit.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills, basic English written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation and stock inventory; ensure food quality and portion control.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and serve them accurately and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store with daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Work either part-time or full-time.
