Ono Hawaiian BBQ in Culver City, CA is hiring Kitchen Crew Members to support back-of-house operations. You will assist with food preparation, stock, and ensuring food quality, while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

This is a part-time or full-time hourly role offering $20.00 per hour. We value reliable individuals with a Food Handler Card, good math and communication skills, and a friendly customer-service approach.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by state or local health department.
• Basic math skills and basic English written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control when cooking and serving food at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure the food is served accurately and timely to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
