Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Process and Tooling Engineer to lead all aspects of Blow M molding tooling, process development, validation, and qualification across manufacturing operations. You will manage tooling projects from concept to implementation, providing technical leadership in mold design, process optimization, and equipment validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Minimum 5–8 years of plastics packaging manufacturing or tooling experience.
• Experience with Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) tooling and vendors is required.
• Strong knowledge of mold qualification, validation, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISBM tooling projects from concept through implementation.
• Perform mold qualification, validation, and process optimization activities.
• Develop tooling standards, documentation, and vendor management processes.
• Provide technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration across operations, R&D, and supply chain.
