Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Process and Tooling Engineer to lead ISBM tooling projects, mold qualification, and process optimization across manufacturing operations in the United States. You will coordinate with Product Development, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and vendors to ensure tooling and processes meet safety, quality, and performance requirements.

The role requires 5–8 years in plastics packaging manufacturing or tooling engineering, strong skills in DOE and statistics, and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Plastics Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of plastics packaging manufacturing or tooling engineering experience.
• Experience with Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) tooling and related processes.
• Strong aptitude for process capability studies, DOE, and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead tooling and process development for ISBM tooling across manufacturing operations.
• Manage tooling projects from concept to implementation, including vendor coordination.
