HOA Organizers, Inc., AAMC® seeks a General Manager in Irvine, California to oversee daily operations, board liaison, staff and vendor supervision, and financial oversight. The role ensures compliance with governing documents and state law while guiding capital projects and homeowner relations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in community association management, familiarity with California laws, and relevant professional designations. On-site, full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of community association or property management experience.
• Familiarity with California laws governing common interest developments preferred.
• CCAM, CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation preferred.
• Bachelor-level degree in a related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and governance in Irvine, CA, serving as the primary management partner to the Board of Directors.
• Manage boards, homeowners relations, staff, and vendors; supervise maintenance, financial oversight and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, Board policies, and applicable laws including the Davis‑Stirling Act.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, and coordinate with CPAs for financial reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, minutes, and board directives; maintain calendars and disclosures.
