SiteOne Landscape Supply in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Customer Sales & Service Representative who delivers exceptional customer experiences to commercial and residential customers in the green industry.

The role involves building relationships, assisting with questions in person, by phone, or online, pulling orders, and supporting inventory and merchandising while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Irrigation, Lighting and/or Drainage experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Green industry knowledge or landscape products a plus.
• Willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience helpful.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers
• Assist customers with questions and needs, either in person, via the phone or through online ordering
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
• Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance.
• Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.
