Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply in Austin, TX is seeking a Customer Sales & Service Representative who thrives on helping commercial and residential customers with product questions, orders, and solutions.

You will build strong relationships, process in-person, phone, and online orders, pull inventory for pickup or delivery, and collaborate with branch leadership to adopt new technologies that drive sales and improve service. Prior retail/wholesale experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in retail or wholesale (preferred)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Green industry knowledge a plus
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
• Inventory management experience helpful
• Must lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers
• Assist customers with questions and orders in person, by phone, or online
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and better ways of working
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store tasks while maintaining safety
