Job summary

Nexxen International is seeking a Senior Legal Operations Specialist to partner with the Chief Legal Officer and legal team on contract lifecycle, matter intake, and process optimization. You will own the CLM design and drive efficiency through automation and AI-enabled workflows.

You'll implement and administer Ironclad, shape Jira-based workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve visibility, controls, and the contract experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing or onboarding a CLM system.
• Experience with Ironclad required.
• Experience with Jira strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle operations and reporting.
• Administer Ironclad CLM platform and build workflows, templates, and forms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable CLM workflows and processes.
• Coordinate Jira Service Desk requests and optimize Jira-based processes for the Legal team.
• Maintain contract repositories, matter records, templates, and playbooks.
• Develop and document legal processes, procedures, and governance practices.
• Support technology, automation, and process-improvement initiatives.
