Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer, Legal Systems to build and scale our contract lifecycle management (CLM) and legal technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on Ironclad. You will partner closely with Legal, Legal Operations, Finance, Sales, GTM, Procurement, Security, and IT to design, implement, and optimize legal systems and workflows that support a fast-growing, complex organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
5+ years supporting Legal Systems or CLM platforms.
Hands-on Ironclad experience preferred.
Experience with system integrations and APIs.

Responsibilities

Own administration, configuration, and optimization of Ironclad CLM, including workflows, templates, approvals, and permissions.
Partner with Legal and Legal Operations to translate contract requirements into scalable system solutions.
Design and maintain contract workflows across the full lifecycle from intake to renewal.
Build and support integrations between Ironclad and CRM, ERP, procurement, and other systems.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support visibility and compliance.
Manage system security, access controls, and data governance for confidentiality and compliance.
Assist with data migrations, enhancements, and feature rollouts.
Troubleshoot system issues with Ironclad support and IT teams.
Create documentation and training materials for users.
