Job summary
CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer, Legal Systems to build and scale its contract lifecycle management (CLM) and legal technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on Ironclad. You will partner with Legal, Legal Operations, Finance, Sales, GTM, Procurement, Security, and IT to design, implement, and optimize legal systems and workflows for a fast-growing organization.
You will play a critical role in streamlining contract processes, improving data visibility, and ensuring integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Legal Operations, or related field (or equivalent).
- 5+ years supporting Legal Systems, CLM platforms, or enterprise workflow tools; strong Ironclad experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and legal operations workflows.
- Experience configuring workflow automation, approvals, templates, and permissions in CLM systems.
- Experience with GenAI-driven automation and AI-assisted migrations, data mapping, or support in a Legal context.
- Experience with system integrations and APIs.
