Job summary

Parallel is seeking a Contracts Manager to own our contracts system end-to-end, administering Ironclad, building workflows, routing approvals and signatures, and ensuring trustworthy reporting. You’ll also negotiate NDAs and order forms within the playbook, triaging outside it to counsel when needed.

5+ years in contracts, legal ops, or commercial legal support at a tech or SaaS company.
Experience as Ironclad admin, building workflows and debugging.
Negotiated NDAs and order forms; triaged outside playbook with counsel.
Tech fluent, versed in AI tooling for contract review.

Responsibilities

Own contracts management end-to-end and administer Ironclad.
Build, maintain, and optimize contract workflows and approvals.
Negotiate smaller items and escalate complex matters to counsel.
Ensure reporting accuracy and data quality for audits.
