Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer, Legal Systems to lead the Ironclad CLM ecosystem and align legal tech with cross‑functional teams across Legal, Finance, Sales, and IT. You will design, optimize, and secure workflows, templates, and data flows to support a fast-growing organization.

You will implement integrations with CRM/ERP and other enterprise systems while ensuring governance, audits, and regulatory compliance. Strong GenAI experience is a plus, enabling scalable automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
5+ years supporting Legal Systems, CLM platforms, or enterprise workflow tools.
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and legal operations workflows.
Experience configuring workflow automation, approvals, templates, and permissions in CLM systems.
Experience with GenAI-driven automation and AI agents/workflows for migrations or support.
Experience with system integrations and APIs.

Responsibilities

Own admin, configuration, and optimization of Ironclad CLM workflows, templates, approvals, and permissions.
Translate contract and compliance requirements into scalable system solutions with Legal Ops.
Design and maintain lifecycle workflows from intake to renewal and storage.
Build and support integrations between Ironclad and ERP/CRM/procurement/billing/identity systems.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for contract visibility and compliance tracking.
Ensure system security, access controls, and data governance for confidentiality.
Support data migrations, feature rollouts, and system enhancements.
Troubleshoot issues with Ironclad support and internal IT.
Create training materials for legal and business users.
Integrate other legal systems such as Descartes and Brightflag.
