Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer, Legal Systems to lead the Ironclad CLM setup and optimize its workflows across the organization. You will collaborate with Legal, Legal Operations, Finance, and IT to implement scalable solutions that support contract processes and ensure secure, compliant operations.

You will design integrations with CRM, ERP, procurement, and billing systems, and develop dashboards to improve visibility into contracts and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years supporting Legal Systems, CLM platforms, or enterprise workflow tools.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and legal operations workflows.
• Experience configuring workflows, approvals, templates, and permissions in CLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own administration, configuration, and optimization of Ironclad CLM, including workflows, templates, approvals, and permissions.
• Design and maintain contract workflows across the full lifecycle from intake to renewal.
• Build and support integrations between Ironclad and enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, procurement, billing, identity management).
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support contract visibility and compliance tracking.
• Manage system security, access controls, and data governance to ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Support data migrations, system enhancements, and feature rollouts.
