Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer, Legal Systems to build and scale our CLM and legal‑tech ecosystem, with a primary focus on Ironclad. You will partner with Legal, Operations, Finance, Sales, IT, and Security to design, implement, and optimize systems that support a fast‑growing organization.

You will own Ironclad configurations, workflows, approvals, and permissions; design end‑to‑end contract lifecycles; and ensure secure integrations with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting Legal Systems, CLM platforms, or enterprise workflow tools.
• Hands-on experience with Ironclad strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and legal operations workflows.
• Experience configuring workflow automation, approvals, templates, and permissions in CLM systems.
• Experience with system integrations and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, configuration, and optimization of Ironclad CLM, including workflows, templates, approvals, and permissions.
• Partner with Legal and Legal Operations stakeholders to translate contract and compliance requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Design and maintain contract workflows across the full lifecycle, from intake and negotiation through execution, storage, and renewal.
• Build and support integrations between Ironclad and enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, procurement, billing, identity management).
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support contract visibility, compliance tracking, and operational insights.
